Bulk Pick-up
Simply call ahead or email your BBQ order for pick-up; served in catering tins for your convenience. This option is great for luncheons and family get-togethers.
Delivery (25 person min on all deliveries, *24 hour notice is required)
We will deliver to your home, office, or just about anywhere in Fort Wayne and its surrounding areas. All delivery orders are bulked up and served in sturdy catering tins. We do not deliver individual orders. For individual order delivery, please use Waiter on the Way.
Full Service* (minimumS APPLY)
Our well-trained team of catering professionals will handle all of the ins-and-outs of service; from set-up and service to tear down and clean up; we’ve got it covered.
We bring chafing dishes, buffet linens, disposable plates and cutlery, moist towelettes and napkins.
Are you looking for a more upscale atmosphere?
We are able to accommodate hosts interested in non-disposable place setting with reasonable rental rates. Please contact us for more details.
(An additional 20% full service fee will be applied to all full service orders).
Off-Site Bar Service*
Liquor, beer, and wine service packages are available through our partnership with Mad Anthony Brewing Company. Once a package is determined we handle all the coordination. A two-week notice is required for licensing purposes. Contact us today for more details.
For Full Service and On-Site Events we require confirmation of final guest count and menu, no later than 2 weeks prior to event date.

ARRIVAL / TEAR DOWN
If your Ceremony & Reception are at the same location we will arrive 1 to 1 1/2 hours before your ceremony to set up.
If your Ceremony is at a different location, we ill arrive 1 to 1 1/2 hours before guests start arriving at your reception destination.
Food will be placed in the chafing dishes no earlier than 10 minutes before dinner is called to be served.
We allow anyone that wishes to come up for seconds to do so. Buffet tear down will begin approximately 30 minutes after guests stop visiting the buffet.
BAR BREAKDOWN
If your venue requires security, NO alcohol will be served until security is on site.
Please arrange this with your venue, keeping in mind the time in which your guests may be arriving at the venue and when last call is set.
No alcohol is permitted to be taken off premise.
Last call is 30 minutes prior to the established time set for the bar to close
i.e. if your bar is closing at 11pm, last call is at 10:30pm
We are not licensed to offer our bar services outside of Indiana
EQUIPMENT
Our catering crew will typically need two to three 8’ tables for the food buffet, one 8’ table for the non-alcoholic drink station and two 8’ tables for the bar (if no bar is present at the venue). We will provide linens for these tables. White linens will be included for all wedding events or rehearsal dinners and black linens for other events. All prices are subject to change.

GUARANTEE ON NUMBER OF GUESTS
The final invoice will be based off the final guest count, which is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event. Once final count has been received it may NOT be lowered. We will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute increases, but we will NOT allow decreases after you give us your final guest count. If a final guest count is not received, the catering department will use the number of guests indicated in the attached proposal. The price per guest may be increased if the guaranteed guest count falls below 75% of the proposal count.

LEFTOVERS
We believe in guaranteeing that our client will not run out of food assuming that their contracted guest count is similar to their actual turnout. In an effort to maintain this guarantee, there should be some food that has not been consumed at the end of every event. Please do not assume that any or all of this remaining food is automatically yours. This food, if any, is the property of Shigs In Pit BBQ / Mad Anthony Brewing Company, provided that we have fulfilled our obligation to serve the number of guests that you have contracted. If there is a large disparity between the actual turnout of guests and the contracted amount, Shigs In Pit & Mad Anthony Brewing Company at its discretion will package any food that is safe for consumption.
SHIGS IN PIT / MAD ANTHONY BREWING COMPANY WILL NOT OFFER REMAINING FOOD IF
The event location does not have proper and adequate refrigeration
The actual guest turnout equals or exceeds the guaranteed guest count
The food has been left out on the buffet or station for more than one hour
Shigs In Pit / Mad Anthony Brewing Company deems the food not safe for human consumption
No Beverages (including alcohol) are permitted to be taken off premise

We do not offer our delivery or full service catering services to venues over 100 miles away.
Serving on the Buffet - $200 flat fee (assembly style service)
China Staffing Fee - $3 per person
Plated Dinner Fee - $3 per person (plated service is only offered with china, not disposables)
Dessert plating & replenishing fee i.e. cake cutting (includes all plates & cutlery) - $0.60 per person

TAX EXEMPT
If you are tax exempt, we are required to have a physical copy of your sT105 on file. Please note that ONLY food & non-alcoholic beverages are tax exempt. ALL alcohol is required to be taxed by the state of Indiana.
GENERAL PAYMENT BREAKDOWN
$500 minimum deposit due at time of contract. This must be paid by credit card ONLY. This card number will be securely retained with our credit card processor to be used in the event that payment has not been received by established due dates. All deposits will be applied toward the balance.
Final payment for food and/or bar service, rental and staffing is due 7 days prior to your event
Refunds on cancellations are handled as follows:
Full refund with notice over 90 days prior to event
50% refund with notice of 31 to 89 days prior to event
No refund with notice less than 30 days prior to event
